Dreamworld on Australia’s Gold Coast has unveiled the world’s first Switchback Coaster, named Jungle Rush, in a new themed area.

This groundbreaking new family-thrill coaster from Vekoma features a world-first inclined triple-switch turntable, immersive jungle theming, and captivating storytelling.

With 12 airtime moments, dynamic show features, and the ability to ride both forwards and backwards, Jungle Rush delivers a thrilling yet family-friendly experience like no other.

Jungle Rush is part of a Rivertown themed area, Dreamworld's most immersive land yet. This new themed area also includes the Murrissippi Motors car ride. The project is part of a $55m transformation of the park.

Here’s what’s in store:

• Take a scenic jungle journey with Murrissippi Motors, where you’ll ride in expedition cars past ancient relics and uncover hidden treasures—a family favourite in the making.
  
  
• Jungle Rush will have adventurers of all ages experiencing the world’s first inclined triple switch roller coaster turntable, packed with twists, surprises, and unforgettable thrills. It's a 'Switchback' model from Vekoma.
  
  
• When it’s time to refuel, Jane’s Rivertown Restaurant offers delicious meals in a lively, jungle-inspired setting surrounded by cheeky jungle friends.
